The location was quite inconveniently far from central city, however, there were some excellent Korean BBQ restaurants, late-night cafes. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the bed was comfortable and shower hot and powerful. The heating system was effective.

The room seemed soulless, with cheap, utilitarian furniture, causing disappointment on arrival.

Great Value and Perfect Location!

The hotel provided a great value for my city break in Korea, offering comfortable and clean accommodations at a reasonable price. Its location was key, close to main attractions, restaurants, and shops. I appreciated the helpful staff, who provided me with local information about public transportation, and even recommended some amazing street food. the breakfast had a diversity of options and was included in the room rate.

Though the hotel has many plus points, it was quite frustrating to wait long periods for the elevators. the noise insulation in the rooms was not up to the mark, resulting in some sleepless nights.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was easily accessible by taxi, and there were many restaurants nearby. It was also conveniently close to the center of the small town, so I had plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Additionally, getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze, thanks to the reliable airport shuttle service. The staff provided excellent service, making sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and even a safe. The free Wi-Fi was a huge plus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

A pleasant stay at Ramada with a stunning morning view facing the mountain. Fast internet connection, friendly staff, and helpful resourceful directions. Great strategic location with easy access to bus stations, malls, and restaurants. Free shuttle to Samsung and airport bus stops in front.

Clean and quiet hotel with excellent breakfast options to cater to different nationalities. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport was very convenient. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. Ordering food to my room was made easy.

Exceptionally clean, very quiet, good size rooms, very comfortable beds, varied breakfast catering for all tastes, convenient shuttle bus to Incheon Airport.

Couldn't fault.

The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet every morning with eggs, cereal, and Korean bacon and sausage. The location was perfect, in close proximity to many restaurants and a department store. The park across the street was a nice bonus.

The parking lot was often full, forcing us to park elsewhere and be reimbursed by the hotel. The bathroom sink was slightly clogged, which made using it a bit inconvenient.
